哈小浪是一个生性快乐又开朗的小学生，不仅有着丰富的想象力，而且还经常会语出惊人，是班上的开心果。上学的时光和伙伴们打打闹闹又互相帮助，虽然有时也会自作聪明，把自己变成倒霉蛋，但他还是拥有着乐观的性格，从来不气馁。
因双亲要在海外出差，所以一人留在日本的主人公以一年为期限住在了舅父的家里。之后转校到八十神高中的他得知一个深夜电视的传言在雨夜的十二时，只要看着关闭着的电视屏上自己的脸，就会浮现出另一个人的映像。主人公与同伴为了确认这一传言是否属实，不料被拉进了异空间，在那里被称为暗影的怪物袭击，与怪物接触时主角一行人的Persona能力觉醒。为了掘开深夜电视与连续杀人事件之间的关系，以及避免其他人被卷入该事件，他们组成了特别搜查队展开了战斗。
动画讲述的是麦芬是一位6岁的小女孩，拥有与玩具沟通的能力，为它们治好奇难杂症！在小莲、阿力、小飞、海莉几位密友的帮助下，玩具小医生为所有玩具提供全面的协助，包括修理损坏的部份、解决生活上的疑难，甚至送上温暖的拥抱。永不言休的她时刻呵护着身边的朋友，提醒它们要学懂照顾自己，并把这种意识宣扬开去。
在2012年8月27日发售的《月刊Comic alive》10月号上发布了《温泉物语》将要广播剧化和短篇动画化的消息。动画由因《侵略！乌贼娘》、《Campione弑神者》而被人熟识的制作公司Diomedéa负责，此次短片动画将与广播剧CD于2012年11月28日同捆发售。

The second season premiere is scheduled for a global launch around September–November 2017 in Europe, At a panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2017, it was announced that the second season would have its North American release on Netflix in December 2017, with 13 episodes to be released. KidsClick will start airing season 2 of this show in the US starting 30 August 2018, marking the first time that Season 2 of this show airing on American over-the-air television. A third season is also in development. On 22 January 2018, Zag posted on Instagram that the crew was working on a fourth and fifth season. On 31 August premiered a new series with Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir which this time is in chibi style. On 5 September, 2018, Skydance Media has acquired the live-action film and live-action television rights.
