本季主要讲述了在始祖灵兽利用无尽能源替布莱克驱逐了体内的黑暗力量后，无尽能源便消失了，正当SPT小队感到失望时，派特博士无意上发现了幻影金刚的芯片中记录着关于阿瑞斯水晶的传说…于是战神联盟在SPT的协助下踏上了寻找阿瑞斯水晶的征途，在经历重重磨难，战神联盟终于扫平了阻碍，战胜了也想染指水晶的海盗和邪恶精灵，最终在一场公平的对决后，雷伊以实力最终赢得了阿瑞斯水晶，帮助赛尔们找回了无尽能源。
在剧中，原来砍伐树木的光头强变身成为一名导游，在熊大、熊二的帮助下，去往森林深处找寻儿时玩伴东北虎，但不料森林里蜘蛛、毒蛇、反派与陷阱等危机四伏，让找寻变得困难重重，而新加入的女性角色鬼马精灵赵琳，又让这段冒险旅程更加刺激精彩。众人齐心协力，在艰难险阻中一路向前，给人以出乎意料的想像空间与观看感受。
该片以海洋作为故事上演的舞台，融合了动作、探险、海洋生物科学课程以及学龄前团队协作等内容。 动画讲述了八个可爱小动物组成的海底探险小队的故事。他们居住在神秘基地——章鱼堡，随时准备出发去解决海底遇险、排除海底可能发生的危险。 每集动画都建立在一次探险的基础之上，小队成员发挥自己的特殊本领，克服险境，探索海洋奥妙，发现未知生物。高潮迭起的探险、拯救、保护情节不断激发着孩子们的思考能力，培养他们互相协作友善真诚的团队精神。 本片具有高品质的美术和故事设计，精致的3D动画制作，欢快动人的片尾音乐，将晦涩抽象的知识融入到生动有趣的画面和剧情中，孩子们透过小纵队的视角展开奇妙的世界画卷，感受丰富多彩的自然奇景，在欢乐享受的同时学习到诸多的科普内容，不断找寻着关于人与自然关系的答案，着重强调了团队协作、互相帮助的友谊精神。
By daylight, Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste are ordinary teenagers. KidsClick will start airing season 2 of this show in the US starting 30 August 2018, marking the first time that Season 2 of this show airing on American over-the-air television. A third season is also in development. On 22 January 2018, Zag posted on Instagram that the crew was working on a fourth and fifth season. On 31 August premiered a new series with Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir which this time is in chibi style. On 5 September, 2018, Skydance Media has acquired the live-action film and live-action television rights.
